"The property is beautiful. However, the management has some serious issues. You can’t find the one person who is working, they leave at 6pm and lock the facilities. We booked the best suite three months in advance. 3 days before they told us they booked a wedding and would give us our first night free. They did in the smallest hobbit room ever. Still waiting for our refund as I write. No customer service. "

"Very well organised, exceptionally clean, good food, very comfortable bed, room facilities excellent. What else can I say. I would stay there again. Hotel owners were very helpful and friendly. As short walk out into the village and then further across the bridge offers an excellent restaurant if you feel the need to get out."

"This hotel has been transformed from an old farmhouse, our room was small, but contained mini bar, kettle with possibilies to prepare yourself tea or coffee, there were hair dryer and compulsory toiletries in the bathroom and even safe on the wall. Not common things to have for such a price in Belgium. Bed with quality mattress and very charming old cupboards. And owner or person in charge, who checked us in was also very nice. I'm glad we chose this one."

Lovely place to stay.
"I had a bit of trouble with the self check in as the instructions said I would receive an email however for some reason my email wasn't working and I didn't realise that the instructions for the key box had been duplicated in the Hotels.com app. The interior layout is functional and my room was a good size, the only downside was I kept hitting my head on the light fitting as it was low over the end of the bed. The decor makes a change from chain type hotels, the apparently upcycled furniture is a lovely touch which my late wife would have loved. Shower was excellent, a good restaurant is within easy walking distance for an evening meal. Eggs for breakfast are prepared right in front of you."
