"Well now, that Holiday Inn Express in Visalia is an absolute gem of a place, clean as a hound's tooth and shining from floor to ceiling. The fine folks working there couldn't have been any more polite and helpful, treating me just like kin the whole time I was there. If you're passing through, I reckon you'd be hard-pressed to find a better spot to hang your hat."

"Room was clean with nice clean towels that were practically new. Amenities were very nice especially the river access which was fun tubing and fishing for our kids. It was easy just to stay on property although we did venture to sequoia as well. It’s roughly an hour away from sequoia. Good location as there are cities about 20-30 mins away that have the familiar stores Walmart, target…etc. I would recommend this to families and friends. We stayed in a cabin with 2 queens and a bunk bed which was plenty for our family and dog."

"We would stay here again to visit the sequoias on a budget. When we go there, the covered parking was easy, check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Then the elevator… it smells a bit and sounds like it’s had better days.. we were nervous about our room. But we walked in and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious and fit our family of 5 with ease. The carpet needs to be replaced but our double queen room also had a pull out couch sofa bed which was a game changer for us. We loved our trip!"

"The evening, check-in personnel, Ramon, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. When I asked for a bottom floor because of my knees, he gave me the most convenient room! :-) The only thing that might need attention would be how they keep their breakfast buffet warm. I was there like at 7:05 when it opened and already the potatoes and sausage and eggs were cold; I ate them anyway cause they were yummy. Otherwise, I had a very lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel to others"
