"I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Circus Circus. Upon check-in, we were not offered any complimentary water. Furthermore, the ice machine on our floor was non-functional. In one of our rooms, essential amenities such as bar soap and lotion were absent. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was inoperable, which made for an extremely uncomfortable sleeping environment."

"Loved my stay. Just had a few things that were together. I did not have a coffee maker but had all the things to make coffee, My toilet didn’t flush and I had 1 wash towel and opened it up and it had stains on it called down around 8:45pm or 9pm and told them what my issues was and they told me ok. The guy came to the door maybe 20mins after call and brought me to Dry off towels that I didn’t ask for so I told him what towel. I ask for and he said ok came back 10mins later with a set of all the towels for 2 people which should have already been in there. I checked out this am at 830am and spoke with the manager and he was very great with understanding my situation and told me he would look into it. I forget his name but he will know who I am. I was on the 20th floor Room 2044. Over all I loved my stay it was a mommy daughter trip and my baby loved it. Will be coming back this summer thanks Nugget for the stay "

"Clean rooms"

"We were pleasantly surprised with this place. It was very clean, nice location, close to shopping and restaurants and everything we needed. The property grounds were clean as well. Extra bonus with the great restaurant attached. We very much enjoyed our stay. "

"The whole property stunk, it was dirty, outdated, first room and floor i was in smelled like stale cigarettes and the next floor reeked like animal pee. There were sketchy people in the parking lots, it was awful "
