"The choice for the breakfast was very good. The staff in the breakfast room and in the bar was very kind and helpful. Since I am very sensitive to noise I have asked at the reception early morning after the first night to change the room. They immediately took care of my requesting and I could change to a more quiet room. All in all I had a good stay at the hotel"

"Needed to be close to airport for early departure. There is a 5 min walking bridge to/from hotel which is great. Hotel is ideal, nice, and well kept. Restaurant by the pool was enjoyable."

"I stayed at the Sonesta for almost a week while in Cairo. The room was spacious and comfortable, my bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel is well maintained and up-to-date. The staff were attentive and polite, though as a hotel that hosts numerous travel groups it can be very busy. The location is well situated close to the airport, but it is probably half an hour by car from major attractions. One plus is that it is just 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Stadium metro station should you wish to see Cairo that way."

"Our stay was room only for a week, the room was spacious, all amenities available including tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a safe. Iron and hairdryer. Water bottles was left every morning when room was cleaned. There is a roof pool and seating area but unfortunately the pool was very cold to swim, not heated in May. Staff everywhere helpful and polite. Security at front of hotel and location great with great shops around "

"It’s in the middle of an Islamic district. Loads of cafes, shops etc but no bars. Hotel is a boutique style operation and therefore no “amenities “ as such but great location and very comfortable. Staff excellent. Would recommend "
