"La ubicación de este hotel es perfecta, justo en el corazón del bullicio del barrio antiguo mientras está en una calle tranquila. Todo el personal fue encantador y un agradecimiento especial a Jimmi, el gerente, quien fue excepcionalmente atento, amable y servicial. El desayuno fue encantador, la habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y tranquila. Nos alojamos aquí durante cuatro noches en total, en tres estancias separadas en Hanoi entre viajes a otras áreas, y se sentía como estar en casa. No hubiéramos querido hospedarnos en ningún otro lugar."

"The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly warm they arranged a smooth $25 USD airport pickup and greeting me with smiles, a welcome drink, and seamless check-in. The hotel is immaculate; new, modern, and tastefully designed. My room was spacious and featured the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was outstanding: a mix of traditional Vietnamese and international dishes, including pho, dumplings, oxtail, stewed beef, fried chicken, tropical fruits, vegan options, and fresh pastries. I’m from the Caribbean, live in Italy, and travel often ,this breakfast is a true 10/10. The rooftop pool and bar are stunning, with skyline views and the best staff, very thoughtful, friendly, and professional. My favorite drink, the Long Bein Glow cocktail, was beautifully presented. Truly five-star hospitality with heart I’d return in a heartbeat "

"The stay was perfect from start to end. I have never met such a friendly and mindful staff before. From the waiters to the receptionists - everyone deserves a huge praise. Pick up from the airport worked perfectly. We could even leave our luggage for the trip to Halong bay - even though we didn't spend another night in the hotel. Very professional staff - Thank you! Rooms are equipped well, free water bottles included. Breakfast was a good mix of vietnamese traditional dishes and western food. "

"L'emplacement était parfait, au cœur du vieux quartier de Hanoï. Le personnel, en particulier Mme Anna, était très serviable. Mme Anna a pris grand soin de tous nos besoins et s'efforçait toujours de nous rendre heureux et à l'aise, c'était notre première fois au Vietnam. Mme Anna est toujours restée en contact depuis la réservation de l'hébergement et a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre voyage, en réservant également notre excursion d'une journée à Ninh Binh ainsi que les transferts vers la baie d'Halong à un coût raisonnable. Le petit-déjeuner avait des options/espace limités, mais toutes les options à la carte étaient délicieuses. Le personnel nous a même préparé des petits-déjeuners à emporter car nous étions pressés pour notre vol. Nous avons été autorisés à laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel pendant que nous étions partis pour la croisière d'une nuit dans la baie d'Halong. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous reviendrons certainement au Royal Premium Hotel."

She ensured that our stay was not only above what we expected but helped us with so many other needs along the way. Truly. It’s people like Nhi that will make me return again and again to the Grand whenever I’m back in Hanoi. Hotel rooms where spotless breakfast was amazing. Emma was another amazing Grand DU Luc team member that stood out. Truly made our stay amazing and I can’t say enough how much it meant that Nhi helped us out in one of our hardest moments when we left Hanoi only to return.
