"Downtown is a cheap Backpackers' type place in Vilnius. But our en suite double room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful at check-in as we had turned up with a car, but they found us a parking place."

"Very nice clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms but very poor customer service. The hotel has almost 200 rooms but only had one person at the front desk to check people in so we had to wait more than 30 minutes even though many other employees, and the manager passed and watched us waiting. ..."
