"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Check in was quick and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small buthad really good facilities. The only thing inwould change is to have a toaster instead of a coffee machine as there is already a kettle. Unfortunately the noise dies travel through the wall and on one night there was a very noisy neighbour but overall idhappily stay again. This was my third stay "

"We stayed at this hotel due to its good transport links, shops and complementary shuttle to the Disney parks. The hotel was clean with fast check in, a small selection of drinks/ snacks to purchase by the desk if you were in a hurry. The breakfast was small, HOWEVER the selections was more than sufficient good quality and very well executed! Fresh produce and fresh orange / pastry’s/ eggs / continental and meats The rooms were spacious and clean we booked a triple room and daughter 3 had a sofa bed which pulled out and was plenty of room Free shuttle was several times per hour prompt and clean. Overall would recommend the hotel the area is opposite val de Europe shopping, plenty to do, food is ok in the area but lacking local restaurants "
