"Muy buen desayuno "

"On booking I outlined that the trip was to celebrate our anniversary. I booked a non smoking club room on a higher floor What we got was a disability room that smelt of odour or smoke with curtains hanging of their hooks, a seat that had multiple cigarette burns And some stains on the toilet seat. We pointed this out at reception and they sent up cleaning staff who sprayed the curtains and room with air freshner and left. We left to go sightseeing for a couple of hours and then returned to a still quite smelly room. I agai went to reception and complained to a women with purple hair who spoke to me in a very uninterested ambient manner saying you booked a basic room what else do you expect I replied saying that my booking was for a club room and my expectation was for clean one free of tissue I mentioned. She then said I got a high room and there was nothing she could do."

"Pleasant, friendly staff. Comfortable, nicely furnished room. Handy parking, very good breakfast; helpful reception staff. Well located. "

"Very cold in public areas, room was warm when we went to bed. Dinner was just ok, nothing special, had to get the fries changed as old and cold, veal was overdone on one side as it was left under heat lights in kitchen. Rushed by waitress as she wanted to finish. Breakfast was a basic affair, as expected from reviews we have read. But does the job. "

"Parking was adecuate. Breakfast was poor although the attendants were excelent. The cafeteria and bar hrs are a mess. Locatio is ok but a good 10-15 minutes walk to bars and restaurants on the area."

"Amazing room, clean and well presented.staff have excellent customer service. Being from uk was no problem. Hope to be back again for a 3rd time. "
