"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. The doors were open for anyone on the street to walk in. It was raining and water was coming in thru the open doors which we spent 15 minutes cleaning up. "Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there. Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here. "
