Our flight was cancelled from London Gatwick, not our fault. So we couldn't get into Italy because The Air Traffic Contol Tower had been infected. So we claimed a refund from the hotel as we couldn't get there and we were not offered any other flight's or solutions, and the hotel refused to refund us and there was nothing we could do about it. Under the Atol protection we were covered but still they refused to refund us. Very poor!

Purtroppo la cittadina di Carbonia vede nella zona centrale una moria di attività commerciali, ma i servizi e il personale dell'hotel ripaga ampiamente della scelta per la struttura. Location ottima come punto base per visitare le zone del Sulcis e le spiagge situate a poca distanza e rientrando in albergo si può godere di servizi quali il centro benessere, la piscina il decisamente buono ristorante.

Das ist kein übliches Urlaubshotel, eher geeignet für Geschäftsleute, am Wochenende so voll das das Hotel nicht genug Liegen hatte, die Bar war abends ab 23 Uhr geschlossen ohne jeglichen Hinweis das man schließt.Für Poolhandtücher wurde auch Geld verlangt, untypisch für ein Urlaubshotel.

Struttura moderna, pulita e con ottimi servizi. Colazione completa e varia. Ristorante di ottimo livello, personale molto piacevole e gentile. Piscina pulitissima e davvero bella. Absolutely great service and polite staff. Breakfast had lots of options, and they serve delicious pastries. The only problem is the town. Doesn't offer much, so you better rent a car to move to other areas.
