"Love old nostalgic hotel with charm on the waterfront. Staff were so very helpful with advice on the hotel & local restaurants etc. The outside pool is 2km away & is smaller than most . Would benefit from a changing room . But the location more than made up for this. A wonderful stay & will be returning so."

"The property was bright and clean and my room faced into a lovely park. Nice cozy balcony. Excellent location being near the Old Town area. I had a car , although no onsite parking. It was easy to find overnight parking. Ayomonte is a real hidden gem, unfortunate that I only had time for an overnight."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Verdelago and would happily return. The resort is beautiful, the staff were wonderful throughout, and the restaurant team in particular were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and really made the stay feel special. Honestly, the only things missing for us were a spa and a heated pool. Add those and it would be pretty much perfect! We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again."
