"So the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The tv was a 50+” screen. They had plenty of movie channels to choose from. The work out room was well equipped. Here is why I did not give this a five star rating. We got there and we were informed that the WiFi was down. Not a big deal. We stayed 4 nights. Everyday I would ask if the WiFi was back up. I was told yes. But I could not hook to the internet from my room on the 4th floor. The last day I went to the lobby and hooked up. I tried to walk back to my room but lost it on the way. I asked again at the front desk and was told yeah our WiFi is weak here. Thus four star not five."

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility was. A premium hotel at motel prices! Very near, walking distance in most cases, great restaurants, shopping and even a 10 plex cinema right across the street. We will stay here again!"

"This hotel is lovely! It is super clean, updated, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfy and the room had everything we needed. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it looked very nice. There are many nice touches around the property, like seating areas and a fire pit. The breakfast was delicious, with many options for a variety of diets. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Staff was polite and helpful, pool and hot tub were well maintained and open on a very reasonable schedule. Having kids, it’s important to be able to use the pool, and this pool was open till 10. Some other places close it super early. Location was close to Six Flags where we went for 2 days. Breakfast was delicious. Overall I have zero complaints."

"My husband and I travel across the country about 2 x year to visit our daughter. This Sonesta ES Suites is the one return place that we’ve come back to. The space is awesome with a full refrigerator and plenty of room to spread out. The hotel is truly pet friendly and staff are great- not to mention that they have a great breakfast in the morning. The one challenge is finding a parking space next to our suite later at night."
