"The hotel was not so easy to reach by car with the help of google maps do to road blocks but when we got there the hotel staff was there to help and park the car for us. The hotel appears newly renovated, nice and clean. Breakfast was good, coffee’s were great. And to top it all there was a “Happy Hour “ between 17:00 and 19:00 with beer, Prosecco, soft drinks and snacks for Free👍😊 Recommended!"

"The host Valentina really makes this property worth staying at. She is easily the most attentive host I've ever had in Lucca. Very friendly, great recommendations, and keeps the property spotless. There is also a kitchen on the property. It's not fancy, but there is a fridge, some snacks, coffee and tea. The kitchen itself has a great view of the ampitheatre and is worth checking out. The actual location is fairly central to most things as well. The location can get a little noisy, but as the night goes on it tends to quiet down. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. It's very fairly priced and a great location. The only thing is, if you're here and need to get work done, the Deluxe room I stayed in didn't have chairs or a desk. The kitchen works well as a substitute. WARNING: If you have bad knees, need a wheelchair, or are bringing a lot of luggage and aren't particularly strong, you do have to bring your bags up 3 stories of narrow stairs. There is no elevator. Valentina can help you, but if you're not great with stairs, you'll be going up and down everytime you want to return to your room."

"Lovely old 3-star property right outside the wall. Clean in all areas. Super friendly staff from Front Desk to breakfast to room maids. Great self-serve breakfast and a variety of teas and cookies in the hallways for guests to serve themselves. The room had all the amenities you need. Hotel is near the rail station, but I never heard a train. Some reviews talk about folks hanging around the train station which I did not encounter and I felt safe at all times."

"B&B host was lovely, incredibly pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect for lucca, balcony opening up to main piazza was amazing. And sound proof doors for sleep, very silent. We loved our stay."

"Super clean and tidy. The external bathroom is private to your room only (not shared with other guests) and is large and well equipped. There's a fabulous coffee machine in the shared kitchen that makes excellent espresso, cappincinos etc. The included breakfast has lots of options to choose from and quite good. Short walk to get into the old walled city."

The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps from the train station, restaurants, and cafés, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The staff were genuinely helpful, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. Lucca is a beautiful town, and this hotel is the ideal place to relax and truly enjoy it. One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. That personal touch made our stay feel so special. We will absolutely be back!"
