"Staff was excellent and very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. Quiet sleeping environment. Parking was easy, in a nice adjacent garage. The only problem was the heating. The room was quite hot (25 degrees C) by its own electronic thermometer. I tried shutting it off in my room and asking the front desk, but to no effect."

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this. I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke.
