"The hotel is in the perfect spot for walking to the center of downtown or to Flagler College. It’s near coffee shops, breakfast places, bakeries, burger joints, bars. It’s a newer hotel, parking is $22 a night but well worth it so you don’t have to pay in town, every time you go. "

"The room was clean. Bed was not comfortable and the sheets were scratchy. There was a window unit for air conditioning and it kept the room cool but it was loud. The walls are definitely thin, we could hear everything! Parking is tight. But it is definitely convenient to the historic district!"

"Everything was great UNTIL we went to go to bed and the bed was soaked in urine!!!! We called front desk and they said they would send housecleaning up to us. What we needed was a new room because the mattress was soaked! They finally came and just wanted to change the sheets. I demanded a new room which we finally got but the refrigerator didn’t work and ac barely worked. It was 11:15 at night and we had to get up at 4:45am so we dealt with it. They did nothing for us and made us feel like we made the mess!!!! Horrible experience!"
