Second time I’ve been to this hotel and it’s a good easy stay. Benefits of a coach to the beach everyday and good staff. My only downside to this hotel would be in the apartments away from the hotel which I stayed in, I had next to no WiFi. I spoke to one of the staff the next day and he tested it and pretty much told me there was nothing he can do. When I mentioned it again to another member of staff he raised a maintenance request but nothing was done. My nine yr old was desperate to play his iPad during down time but couldn’t and for a service (WiFi) that I’ve paid for and advertised by Expedia I deserve better.

Must stay here!!!

Only place I’d stay in Vilamoura now. Reception staff especially Jorge and Jose are fantastic, as a regular visitor to Moursbel this is recognised and they looked after us with a free upgrade and late check out - much appreciated. Another enjoyable stay and already looking forward to next one.

Misleading advertising

Apartment clean enough, though there are 3 buildings & we were not in the building featured in the advertisement. Would not have picked the one we were allocated personally. Bugs in the bathroom and 2 cockroaches during our stay

Unfortunatrey, there was a burst waterpipe and we had no water for 12 hours over two days. Also there was a sewer smell wafting through the apartment.

Destaco a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários. os apartamentos estão bem equipados, em termos de material não falta nada, o único apontamento negativo que tenho é em relação aos sofás cama que não são muito confortáveis. 1 quarto com duas camas, e dois sofás camas na sala, éramos 4 pessoas, e havia toalhas para todos, todos os dias as camas eram feitas. foi uma estadia positiva!

Overall I like this place

Overall I like this place very clean but The toilet seat was small for the toilet the toilet leaked a tiny bit at the bottom lots of school children in the same block meant the morning shower was cold on 2 mornings.

The property was a reasonable size with good access. However was ant infested. Not having regular cleaners made this harder - ants were in the sink, both kitchen and bathroom in the bath ok the tables and al over the floors. The swimming pool we were advised to use was not suitable for small children as shallow end was 130cms deep. There is a smaller pool on the resort we were informed about on the last day of our trip. The restaurant was faultless food was of high quality. I’m not expecting of 5* standards for the hotel however the ants made the stay less enjoyable.

Parque Mourabel great stay...

Very pleased with my stay, especially as upgraded to superior apartment. Kitchen has everything you need for proper self catering stay. Sky channels could be better, not a moan, and I would be happy to pay a little extra for this. Staff very friendly and efficient....will definitely be back. Pool great size and clean. Happy to swim even in November. Supermarket very close by at Lagul Azuz Hotel(around the back). Easily walkable for me to the beach/marina(mind I was running most days - min 10k). Hire car cheap through Drive for fun (highly recommended), and plenty of parking on site

The apartment suited my needs as it was ideally situated for the Portugal Masters golf just 30 mins walk away (as close as you could get really), and there were several bars and restaurants within just a few minutes to eat at the end of the day. The accommodation itself was comfortable and contained all I needed.
