"Staff was great across the board and very helpful wherever needed. Breakfast provided wide selection of choices and food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were good including lobby area, pool area and spa. Room was good size and bed comfortable however it had a musty damp smell and feel. Corridor to room also had same smell. Dehumidifiers might help at least in room we stayed in. Overall it was a good stay. "

"Absolutely filthy. Had to leave for our own health. Pictures on website very deceiving as hotel very dirty and dusty. No toilet roll in bathroom. Towels were very and torn. We were overcharged at the bar and the restaurant food was appalling. No effort out in by hotel management. We had to go to the loss of the 2 night stay as we left and went to Radisson Blu. Would need a refund as we were completely ripped off"
