"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

"I had a comfortable stay. If I had to say one thing, it would be better if thre were more breakfast options and daily changes. "

"This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! "

"It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive."

"Très bel hôtel dans le meilleur quartier pour visiter Hanoi. Vous verrez tout le décor rafiné de cet hôtel dans les photos de hôtels.com. Situé dans le quartier central et très sécure de Hanoi il y est agréable de visiter à pied. De plus, il est vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles, le personnel est toujours là pour vous aider. Exemple, il vous offre une boisson de bienvenue en arrivant et une personne prend le temps de tout vous expliquer. Un jour de pluie, il nous même offert un parapluie et un thé chaud en revenant. Service d’aide de première classe, et merci aussi à Thomas de toujours s’assurer de notre confort et de nous aider dans notre séjour."

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "

"My family of four stayed at La Nueva for four nights. The staff was extremely hospitable in all aspects. Their concierge, Jimmy, coordinated with me weeks in advance and helped to plan great trips to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh and our eventual departure to Hue. He also helped to arrange a private driver and cruise to a much less crowded section of Ha Long. It all worked out perfectly. I really can't say enough about La Nueva's staff. The hotel served as a comfortable home base for seeing the northern part of Vietnam."

"Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5"
