Amazing apartment

I chose the hotel according to the location and the apartment's visibility. Klaus received us. Amazing homeowner. Pleasant and professional. Explained to us about the area and places of entertainment and restaurants. The apartment looked great with all the accessories. Spacious and tidy apartment. The apartment is in a great area. Would recommend to anyone coming to Vienna.

Ideal location and great host!

The place is brilliantly located 10min wall form the heart of Vienna. We were given a lot of guidance and advice on what to do, where to eat etc. The apartment itself has everything you need, very comfortable, clean and warm. Great spot to stay!

Good location but look out for the service fees

Location is good, which is the biggest selling point of this apartment. Most of major site seeing places are within walking distance, even with small children. The apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen was small but we didn't use it much as we ate out all the time. But the reason for the low rating is because what we thought a deposit payment (250EURO) turned out to be a service fee. 250EURO service fee for 4 nights even though there was no service provided except for one time cleaning after we left. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Spacious and reasonable apartment near subway.

Stayed for three nights. Just a couple of minutes walk from the subway station, which was extremely convenient. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Need to be careful about receiving a key since there is no reception there and you need to meet someone in front of the apartment. Advisable to specify time as precise as possible otherwise you have to wait in front of the hotel. Also it should be noted that towels are for entire stay (not 1 towel par day though you can have more if you pay). Wifi speed was no problem. Wonderful base for Vienna sightseeing.

Spacious Room and Excellent Location

The location is excellent for city tour. The apartment is spacious and nice except one air-conditioner does not work well even after the staff has come to fix it. I think they should have it fixed properly before welcoming guests to stay.

La posizione di questo appartamento è davvero perfetta. A due passi da Stephans Platz e da Morzin Platz dove ferma la linea VAL2 da e per l’aeroporto. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata rapida e sempre efficace. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. Cucina attrezzata, biancheria, asse e ferro da stiro, 2 grandi tv. Presenti condizionatori portatili in soggiorno e nella camera matrimoniale. Nella camera matrimoniale è presente un divano letto, come in soggiorno, per un totale di 6 posti letto. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore. Sicuramente da consigliare. Da migliorare un po’ la pulizia

Great apartment within walking distance of the major attractions in the Inner Stadt. Great kitchen with every utensil we required. Large bedroom and large living room / dining room. Close to subway, restaurants and grocery. Quite at night for easy sleeping. Thank you to Margarita who met us at the apartment and took her time to show us all the features and how to operate the entertainment system and appliances. They also provided a comprehensive brochure with mapped locations of restaurants, grocery stores, attractions and a layout of the subway system and lots more information. It was very well thought out and we used it often. We would definitely stay there again

家族4人で3泊の連泊だったので、部屋も広く、キッチンや洗濯機も使えるこちらはとてもよかったです。 食器なども十分な数があり、電子レンジがあるのは、大変便利でした。 ただ、チェックインの時にどうすれば良いのか全く分からず、大変苦労しました。 アパートメントタイプなので、建物のどこかに入っているのだと思いましたが、外のインターホンにホテル名の表示がなく、仕方なく他の階にいらしたホテル？の受付の方が親切に電話をかけてくれて、やっと鍵を持ってきてもらえました。 エクスペディアのホームページにも、電話をかけて鍵を持ってきてもらうなどの注意事項も書かれていなかったと思います。そのあたりをお知らせいただかないと、旅慣れていない者にとって大変不安になりました。

The property is in a great location close to everything by walking. It was clean and had a seperate kitchen and toilet, plus it had a bath tub. Two tvs in seperate rooms but we couldn’t get either of them to work. Not sure why but 3 of us tried and it really shouldn’t be that complicated.

Excelente localização, próximo aos pontos de metrô, trem e ônibus. Área com várias opções de restaurantes e o melhor, gastei entre 20 e 25 minutos para chegar aos pontos turísticos de interesse. E, como eu estava com a família viajando já a alguns dias, ternura máquina de lavar roupa foi muito satisfatório.
