The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna. Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night. "This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"
