Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property was very dirty. There were open items in the fridge from what appears to be previous guests. Overall bathroom was also okay but the toilet seat was very wobbly and not anchored properly. The property does advertise that it has not lift access which is appreciated although it doesn’t say which floor the guest will be staying at. 1-2 floors is okay but more than that might not be suitable for some people. It doesn’t advertise WiFi as an included amenity which is also okay but it should explicitly specify that there is no wifi as that is basic and included everywhere these days. The only good thing was that there was access to hot water and the bed was okay for the price we paid. The kitchen and the floors were very dirty as compared to the expectations from the guest to keep it clean or else they will be charged hefty prices. The host was responsive on WhatsApp but not very helpful. We understand that it is a private host but cleanliness is a basic expectation from any accommodation.
