Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Pésimo lugar para hospedarte está muy sucio todo huele a humedad y está lleno de tierra, las toallas para bañarme sucias, la cama sucia, y el servicio terrible, no tenía agua caliente y en Viena es frío y el agua helada, prometieron arreglar eso y nunca lo arreglaron, sin duda no recomiendo para nada que se hospeden ahí, me arruinó el viaje porque no me podía ni bañar y hasta para lavarme la cara me daba asco secarla con sus toallas llenas de tierra y con olor a humedad igual que las colchas y sábanas, se nota que llevaban muchísimo tiempo sin hacer el aseo ahí, pésimo pésimo.
