"Numerous restaurants and cafes within close walking distance and close to CBD. Room was clean and comfortable with kitchen and laundry services. Bed was very comfortable, I would happily stay again"

"Clean comfortable room. Kitchen was messy. Rubbish overflowing on to kitchen floor from overfill bin. Lacking fridge space. Guest fridges were full of food in large bags, marked staff. I noted a separate fridge for staff which was also full. Needs addressing."

"This would have to be one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in by way of price, location and amenities. I was a solo traveller in a studio room. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and cutlery and crockery to be self sufficient. And all located directly opposite the magnificent botanical gardens and the river, the art gallery and a short walk to the main restaurant precint, riverside market and main CBD. And a little balcony as well. The price is so affordable, there is a restaurant on site and i was able to store my luggage until i could check in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great location, friendly staff, ale house/restaurant on site which was great, we had a ranch slider that went to know where though and would’ve been good if it went out to a patio area with chairs, would be easy enough to do and would’ve really improve those rooms"
