Beautiful property with a rose garden. We chose this hotel as it was near Hagley Park and it was worth it, as we saw many cherry blossoms during our stay. We stayed in the twin room, with 2 double beds (there was some confusion on this at first as Expedia stated 2 twin beds, which are basically 2 single beds, just a bit larger). Thankfully, the staff at the front desk cleared this up before we could pay for the extra roll away bed. Breakfast buffet and the food at the restaurant was good. Most of the staff was helpful & friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely complex in a nice setting. Free and easy parking. Located near wonderful Hagley Park. Easy walk - cut through the park to downtown Christchurch. I would recommend this hotel.
