"The saving grace for Delborough Lagos is the service. It is 5 stars. The space in the room was excellent and interior design was nice but wear and tear is starting to show. The massage was excellent. The food was decent. The struggle was the upkeep of the building. Leaking roof in the living room from the air conditioner which was addressed in a couple of days. There were visible water spots in the ceiling in the masterbed room that started leaking the day we left. Hotel rooms go through alot of wear and tear but the water issues need to be fixed. Would I stay here again? I'm on the fence because the service was so good. I think if you choose this hotel, thoroughly look the room over and request a change of room if necessary."
"Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was not great, it was barely replenished not catering for the number of guests. Damp smell in the hallway of the rooms. Did not accept Apple Pay which was very inconvenient. "
"Amazing hotel! I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. The room was clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the rooftop! It was perfect if you didn’t feel like going out but still wanted to enjoy the vibe."

The WiFi in my room was very bad. It kept tripping off.
But other than that, my stay was pretty amazing. "
