"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. Then the next morning I was told breakfast is only for one guest and I had to call hotel.com who now offered to refund me. The staffs were not very helpful but the hotel itself is...
