"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

"Before planning my trip to San Jose. I researched the best hotels in this town and this was the property which had the best reviews. However, there were a fee areas of our bathroom shower that needed attention (i.e., moldy and black caulkng around the shower door). Parking was sufficient and security satisfactory from my recent experience as a Balikbayan. Overall, the property is well maintained with courteous staff."

"We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). "We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was modern, malinis, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable.
