Excellent Service. One of the best in Cabanatuan.

Staff was very helpful. This was our second check-in at this hotel for our Philippines trip. We checked out for a few days so we could explore the country. We was able to store our luggage at the front desk until we returned.

Good hotel.

Last time I stayed at this hotel was 8 years ago. The area is very developed now compared to then. There is a 7-11 and McDonalds very close proximity. Hotel is 10 minutes from the local malls. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good but the selection was small and a bit cold. Overall good for the price.

This is a great place to stay. Nice, clean rooms, excellent, friendly staff, and a very good restaurant next door. Our only regret was that we were not allowed to invite our family to join us for a swim in the pool.

I was double charge by the front desk. I showed her that i got a reservation from expedia but she charge me 67$. I made mistakes to book in tarlac for $50. They told me to cancel the double charge but they cancel the 50$ i paid in tarlac instead of cancelling the $67. I hope they can fix this error.
