"Amazing location in Victoria. Walking to downtown and fisherman’s wharf. Friendly staff. We arrived late at night so didn’t go over available amenities but we were able to get parking. Loft room upgrade was nice and we got a balcony. Breakfast was good the property was beautiful. Suggestion to remove all carpet in loft but other updates in unit were nice."

The staff was very polite and attentive. There was parking shared with a car rental just steps away. The inside of the hotel was nicely updated. The beds are comfortable."
