The front desk said we could check in early, we arrived with children and a pet and then they told us the early check in couldn’t be honoured, fine. Came back at scheduled check in to find out our room still wasn’t ready. They gave us an “upgraded” room that has a smaller bed? It didn’t fit our needs ...

Hotel Grand Pacific
The room was older and needed an update. The cord for the water kettle was too short. The wall plug ins were so low. The mattresses are hard. The side chair didn’t quite fit by the bed, For the price and location, it was good. So we would overlook the rest.
