"The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean. "

"It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard. "

"Property was clean spacious, accessible to metro train, restaurant and famous historical places to visit in Rome, AC working well, Massimo was great helping us, I will recommend this place to stay specially for family its like home 👍"

"Stayed 6 person comfortably good clean apartment & street cars are right infront of the entrance but if you’re light sleeper will hear it all the time but we didn’t had problems. Only thing is lift outside the apartment is smells old other than that good place to stay."

"Excellent stay ! Place is a hidden gem, just like the pictures, very clean, plenty of extras, staff was very nice, just a lovely charming place. I highly recommend !! Very large - plenty of space and great beds. I would stay here again. "

"Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma."

"Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. "

"Spacious 3 bedroom appartment with high ceilings and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 rooms had small balconies with city views. Being on the last, 6th floor - had very little of city noise, even with windows wide open. A big plus is location, next to a grocery shop, food shops and metro station. "

"The apartment was very clean and close to the train station. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus to have in the apartment. The air conditioning was amazing, and the owner was super helpful with questions and communicating. The owner also left a wonderful notebook of tips for visiting Rome. The day trip to Ostia beach is worth it. We took the metro all of the way there. The only thing I would advise about the apartment is one of the queen beds in one of the rooms is a pull out sofa. "The place itself was very lovely, the apartment was in good conditions and the space was perfect for 6 people. But it is located where there is a bar for young people and they make a lot of noise every night. We could not get sleep in all 6 days we stayed there."

"Such a perfect stay. After initially booking a room in central Rome we decided to change as we wanted something with a pool that was affordable. We had the best time. Although the pool and sun beds were in high demand we managed to get a space each day. We enjoyed the restaurant on site twice but didn’t eat at the pizzeria next door. We used uber to get in and out of Rome centre each day - it saved a lot of time and hassle trying to work out the transport system after seeing varied reviews. The tram opposite was super loud although couldn’t be heard from inside the hotel room. Would 100% recommend staying here and we’d return to this hotel if we were to visit again and would also seek the same brand in alternative countries. "

"The room was clean and very modern. It felt like an aloft here in the states. Very convenient amenities. The breakfast was AMAZING, everything you wanted was available. And when we left they arranged black car private transportation for a good price. It was a little further from may sights but the metro was very close. "

"Nice hotel very close to the main train station. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 24/7 check in was really great for a late train coming in. Room was nice and clean with a very effective AC. I was a bit surprised by the 2 block outdoor walk to the actual room from the main lobby/check in-not hyperbole! But the map/directions given were clear and easy to follow. Overall great stay."
