"I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a little far from Rome center, but there's a bus you can take right from the hotel parking lot that takes you to Tiburtina metro. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Star."

Staff were excellent & helpful prior & during the stay - we paid extra for a pre-arranged early check in. "Such a perfect stay. After initially booking a room in central Rome we decided to change as we wanted something with a pool that was affordable. We had the best time. Although the pool and sun beds were in high demand we managed to get a space each day. We enjoyed the restaurant on site twice but didn’t eat at the pizzeria next door. We used uber to get in and out of Rome centre each day - it saved a lot of time and hassle trying to work out the transport system after seeing varied reviews. The tram opposite was super loud although couldn’t be heard from inside the hotel room. Would 100% recommend staying here and we’d return to this hotel if we were to visit again and would also seek the same brand in alternative countries. "

"c-hotels Fiume gets an “A” for comfort, cleanliness, and charm. The room and bathroom were fairly large and both very clean. My room also had a nice balcony with table and chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful - checking in/out was easy and they arranged a car to the airport for us. We quite enjoyed the happy-hour drink and snack! TIP: have it on the 5th-floor terrace for added ambience. Definitely recommend and would stay again on my next visit to Rome."
