Great location close to town centre and river Allier. Rrally helpful staff on reception and at bar ( shame about restaurant manager who was unnecessarily inflexible and lavking any customer service!)

Mercure Vichy Hotel
Just stayed 1 night, good hotel, and location. Clean comfortable. saw nespresso machine in room photo and looked forward to that but there was none. easy to buy coffee at reception.

Hotel Le Biarritz - Vichy
Lovely hotel. Stayed there in 2023. Didn't have their breakfast. In the evening sat in small garden area to rear with our own food snd drink. Short walk from the opera house area. Staff very helpful.
