"This is a charming and welcoming hotel that demonstrates an old-World dedication to the comfort of its guests. For example, our host Mary took her free time to buy and deliver distilled water needed for a CPAP. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable, if if a little tight due to the king-size bed (but the bed also was really comfortable). Easy scenic walk to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shopping. All the Hotel
Spinelli staff made us feel at home. "

"The location was close to the promenade and beach. A lovely park was directly across from the property. It is a perfect place to walk to the train station, beach, restaurants and shops. It was a quiet location as well. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. The train made seeing Lucca and Cinque Terre a dream come true for me. I highly recommend this place. "

"Glorious position on the beach with a balcony. This hotel is a grand old dame of the flapper period and very clean. The staff were wonderfully helpful and charming. Kids would thrive here. The food was simple and cheap. "
