Viaduct Harbour hotel rooms a the Quest Serviced Apartments

"Staff lovely.Pool busy and crowded with children diving ans bombing. Not relaxing. Breakfast sub standard., but Manager addressed this nicely. People in table next to me felt like this too. Lovely hotel bur k rd and Queen stretlet very dodgy, homeless and drunks hassling fir money. Great place to stay for ease to city, and you can use uber."

"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Only stayed overnight to sleep after returning from overseas at midnight, and I just sunk into the most comfortable mattress and pillows, and crisp sheets. What a feeling! 10 out of 10 for those 3 amenities alone."

"The property lists that there is a gym but this is not true. They have a “partnership” with a facility in the area which comes at an additional price. We felt this was misleading to not include these details/to have a gym listed as one of the hotel’s amenities. The rooms were clean but outdated with very worn carpets/furniture. It was still nice but not quite as portrayed in the photos."
