The room was clean and well equipped. Ice in the freezer for a cold drink was an appreciated touch after a long days travel. The view from the balcony overlooking Myers Park was very nice. Staff were friendly. This is the perect spot if hoing to a show at the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Comedy Club or the Civic. Lots of dining options close by too

Central enough

Comfortable stay. Room had a nice view over the park. Area around not very interesting but a quick walk to restaurants and bars on Karangahape Road. Apero food and wine was a great find.

Room was great! Very spacious with amazing views. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, specifically Dimple who gave several excellent recommendations for food and attractions. Definitely will stay here again when in Auckland!

Nice stay in Auckland CBD

We stayed here two nights before the new year. Front desk Staff are amazing ,very friendly and help you in anything you request for them. We had to stay one more night extra due to flight cancellation they accommodated us put us in good view room. This place is walkable to CBD and sky tower and lots of restaurants around here. Overall good place to stay near the CBD,

Great location in the city. Fantastic staff, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Perfect if going to Auckland for a show at the Aotearoa or the Civic. Comfortable, well equipped room, lovely looking out onto the park. Parking on site is great, do check if your vehicle is extra tall or extra long as there is a height restriction and it’s a tad tight quarters so not suitable for a camper van etc. Would happily stay here again, thanks for having us.

The room was clean and the customer service was good. The room was as we expected it to be nothing too fancy but it had all that we needed. I would’ve liked if there were coffee cups adjacent to the coffee machine in the foyer.

Very clean

check-in was easy and quick the young lady was friendly and helpful.. The room was clean and tidy they even vacuumed under the beds. 10-15 minute walk to the casino.. If your looking for something to eat and you dont mind walking up a steep hill there are plenty of options to choose from
