Hotels near Veterans' Memorial Park

"The check in process needs improvement. Waited in long line to be told our room wasn’t ready. Then another line with the concierge to get our parking pass. Then yet another line at 4:00 to get our room key. All total about an hour. Seems lengthly and unnecessary. And to top it off the room keys didn’t work so had to go back to get new ones. An apology would have been nice. "

"No info given on how much parking was. Didn't realize staying at the hotel meant I still had to pay for parking. 60 dollars is ridiculous. Our bathtub faucet leaked all night, and you could hear it. We checked in at 2;30, and there were plates on the floor of the hallway across the room for us. Stayed there until we checked out the next dat at 11am. "

This is impressive to me with the age of the building. I appreciate that a lot! The water was nice and hot too didn’t have to wait for it to “warm up”like I have to at other hotels. Definitely coming back. "
