"Great resort if you have children and are ready to use the kitchen. Lazy river and main pool are great. All heated. There’s only One restaurant and the hours are limited."

"Smell of weed was impossible to avoid from the parking lot all the way to the 8th floor. Wet towels were left at each door throughout the hall from each room. Had to wait for a while when I asked for clean towels. Woke up with a few bug bites on arms and legs each night. Check in staff had to be corrected as I booked 3 nights, they claimed it was only 1 until they checked again. They wanted to charge me $10 for free parking claiming its a fee to self park, when booking said free self-parking. I asked for a roll-away bed, they denied it and said I already had a king size and a double bed (4 people). There's a Country Inn and Suites next door I should have booked instead. Won't stay here again. "

"Overall lovely clean hotel, their signature scent is amazing (welcoming and calming). Some minor things are the rooms have lots of bare walls, some pictures would go a long way to add to the decor. Furnishings appear dated such as the chairs being very worn and the metal headboard with lots of scratches."

"Staff was super friendly the moment we walked in. Every interaction with them was amazing. Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. The shower had amazing pressure! This is impressive to me with the age of the building. I appreciate that a lot! The water was nice and hot too didn’t have to wait for it to “warm up”like I have to at other hotels. Definitely coming back. "

"Air condition was making weird sound after it turned off… hard to sleep. Breakfast was eh.. only good thing is location near six flags. "

"The room was clean but definitely had a extremely strong men's musk cologne type smell in it, which made you think they might be hiding something as far as cleanliness, or mold scent or something like that. The hotel parking was crazy, for me because they claimed to have parking for oversized vehicles but the first floor only holds maybe twenty larger vehicles, and God forbid you have to drive up on the other floors you can kiss your non scratched tires or rims good-bye. The drive lane are RIDICULOUSLY narrow and definitely not meant for larger vehicles. However overall the stay was nice I wasn't loud, the shower had pressure, the room was spacious. The bed was fairly comfortable. I would stay again, but drive my smaller vehicle. "

"No WiFi was available at all during our 4 night stay. I called the front desk to let them know, they said they would check it, it never worked for us. Our room was poorly lit. Carpets and bed skirts were very dirty. "

"Toilet flooded entire bathroom my first night there. Mirrors are moldy or dirty. Asked for a discount, room was stuffy and even lowering the air to 66 wasn’t helpful. Complained to the staff and they said they could only put points into my Marriott account. Submitted a complaint, never heard back from anyone. "
