"Wow!! What can I say? What a beautiful charming B&B. I have to admit, I was curious/concerned about such an old facility but given the recent renovation/remodel, job well done. Everything has been updated, (fixtures, windows, etc). The owner is extremely welcoming and accomodating. Not a day goes by, now that we're home, that we miss waking up at Le Clocher de la Duchesse. "Beautiful property! Is exactly how the pictures represent! At the end is a quiet street. Good parking we parked two 9 passenger vans in the drive. Having a toilette and shower in every room made it perfect for our group of 13. Very comfortable. My only disappointment was that the A/C barely worked with request not to touch the temperature. The house did not offer any portable fans that we could find. Also, it was represented that there was laundry available, we could not find a washing machine....

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. "The place is very well located and easily accessible. Very clean and good amenities however they dis not have basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt and pepper. This should be a must if you have a kitchen. No coffee either so you need to buy your own. Shower is awkward to get into. If you are on the larger side, it will be impossible to get in or out without stumbling in the toilet. We were there during the heat wave and were grateful for the fan supplied and the opening windows however it was still very hot. I loved the inner courtyard with shade and bamboo. Overall very satisfied with Patios des Marais."

"The hotel rooms are very spacious compared to Paris standards. The rooms have AC, there is a pool and a gym. Very comfortable stay, the staff was great. Two metro stations very close to the hotel. It isn’t a center of Paris hotel so it should be considered. Other than that, it’s very good."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful! We got locked out of our room a day early because our check-out day was incorrect in the system, and they fixed it in about 30 seconds. The room was clean and well air conditioned (perfect temperature for the heat wave). Nice area, people were friendly and lots of delicious food and metro stop nearby."
