"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment! The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind. I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."

"Very nice location, close to town and a short taxi to the train station. Parking was a problem, but we eventually found a spot. The perfect place to stay if you plan to have an all day adventure in Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nice! Vous devez l'inscrire svp car on l'aurait pris ce shuffle, Et attention, il n'y a pas de resto sur place sauf pour le déjeuner qui est excellent. Alors pour aller au restos, vous avez à marcher et surtout descendre au centre ville."
