Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Como- just steps from the main square with plenty of restaurants, shops and beautiful architecture- and a 2 minute walk to the Lake, which was stunning. The apartment was spotless, recently renovated and comfortable, with a convenient washing machine to wash our clothes. Francesca was really friendly, prompt and easy to communicate with, and even allowed us a later checkout because our train wasn’t leaving until the afternoon. Will only...
