"The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very welcoming and helpful. The property is nice. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a musty smell in the room. I found that the loud humming of the refrigerator was preventing me from going to sleep initially but after I was asleep it didn't wake me up. The hair dryer in the room had a dirty residue on it. "

"Exceptional service from front desk staff and wonderful experience. My flight was delayed and canceled several times. By the time I got to the hotel the front desk assistant saw my stress and took e everything there. She helped me get settled in and on the shuttle back to the airport. Fantastic service. Clean, very friendly, and quiet. 100% will return! "

"The first room we were given was dirty with unmade bed. The hotel lobby and bar are infused with a disinfectant smell that eventually gave me a headache. The first bartender could have cared less that we were there but the bar food was actually pretty good. The carpet is worn and ripped. Our hallway was covered with plastic runners with molding missing and air blowers going. (assuming a painting job?) The pool and hot tub were not cleaned and were filled with tree debris and algae. and the young lady at the coffee bar was very nice. And while the shuttle driver to the airport was very nice, I definitely would not go back."

"No breakfast no cleaning done stains on walls just absolutely dirty I would never stay at this property and the washer was broken so I had to buy my own towels and throw my own garbage away, as well buy cleaning products to clean room and restroom, the hallways smell like garbage just really sad …."
