"Excellent stay only 20 mins drive from the historic town of Guimaraes. We had a beautiful double room with a fantasic view down into the valley. The gardens are beautiful, breakfast includes fresh orange juice from the orange trees in the garden. Claudino is very generous with his time and knowledge. "

The receptionist's approach to the issue was not very nice, no apology and that I should have checked my messages, so it was my fault that I went to the hotel to check-in (?!). "Our 3 nights stay here was incredible. The owner is open and friendly, warm and welcoming. The room is immaculate, with attention to detail and a complimentary bottle of Vinho Verde. The pool is well situated, clean and warm in the evening. The breakfast is a fantastic spread of traditional and contemporary foods (their daily cake is to die for!). We look forward to staying with you again in the near future!"
