A great location to explore Venice on your doorstep, the room was cool and had all you need, we never cooked but a full size hob and fridge there for those that like to, streets can be like a maze but you get used to it. Easy reach of food and drink places and the local food shops and Spar, highlights Burano and a Vivaldi church concert and just generally exploring the streets and churches, would definitely come back

The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and several things were not working properly, especially in the kitchen. The stove and microwave did not function, and the bathroom was in disappointing condition. The sink looked dirty, the faucets were peeling, and the drain was left open with what appeared to be a piece of gum stuck inside. Every time someone took a shower, a terrible odor came from the drain and made the entire room smell unpleasant. On a positive note, the beds and towels were clean and well maintained. However, upon arrival, all the windows had been left open, making the apartment extremely hot and full of mosquitoes. Additionally, the check-in instructions were somewhat confusing in regards the black box since there's two.

The apartment is well located and, once the initial issues were resolved, the rest of our stay was fine. However, our arrival experience was very disappointing. There was a clear lack of coordination and communication regarding access to the apartment, cleaning, and the delivery of bed linen and towels. For several hours we had no clear information and were left unsure of what was happening or when the problems would be resolved. The staff we met were polite and helpful, so the issue seemed to be with the overall organization rather than with any individual person. We even ended up helping other guests who had arrived without clear instructions on how to access their accommodation. The apartment would also benefit from some maintenance, and the listing photos do not fully reflect reality. The rooms appear much brighter in the photos than they do in real life. The apartment itself was acceptable, but the poor organization, lack of communication on arrival, and discrepancies between the listing and the actual property affected our overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

The Rialto Suite is very conveniently located, but situated near popular evening venues, so you won’t get a restful night’s sleep due to the noise of the crowds. The WiFi did not work and one of the two AC units was not functional. The host took two days to respond to our message requesting assistance with these issues but never resolved either issue during our stay. The only communication directed us to locate keys to another apartment (which were not available) and fix the WiFI issue ourselves! Would not recommend.

I needed a code to open a keybox. They repeatedly sent non-working links. I asked repeatedly, send my number on whats app. Etc. They replied without giving me access. I have been a seasoned travel for many years. I tolerate a lot AVOID Morons.
