Outside appearance is a little worrying at first but the apartment is well appointed and cared for. The hosts contacted us ahead of arrival and even suggested a few places to eat and things to see that were a little more off the beaten track."

"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."
