Very quiet and remote vs the crowd. Flat is nice, well furnished and decorated. Bed is large and all rooms are spacious by euro standards. We ended up liking being 5-10 minutes walk from the tourists as we could relax. Even enjoyed one dinner on site! Recommended.

This area gave us a break from the heavy traffic of the "tourist spots" if you struggle lifting your luggage you will have 2 flights of narrow stairs to reach thevapartment. This is obviously out of the owners hands. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only thing I wish it had was 1 or 2 stand up fans to circulate the cold air around. We had an AC unit in the front hallways and a small table fan. But you can open the windows on a cooler night to circulate the air. Communication with the property was very easy and prompt. Anita explained everything in great detail and was there to greet us when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay it was in walking distance or water taxi from everything. Sometimes water taxi was worth taking, and wasn't crazy expensive. Thank you for everything, we would totally recommend this place to stay again!

Great attention to details

We felt very lucky to have scored this darling place. It is located a 15-minute walk from the train station, which puts us in the quiet and central part of Venice. We were able to explore all parts of Venice with ease and come back to a very comfortable accommodation. The place is super clean. Much love and appreciation to the host for his attention to details. In heart of Venice❤️

Most are within walking distance from the city centre.(tourist attractions Market and Grocery stores) Good for family of Four. Beds are comfortable. Good kitchen and toilet, but a small bathroom. The whole apartment was clean and presentable. We tried different restaurants and cafes. There’s also Market and grocery stores nearby. Where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, seafoods and meat and cook your food. We bought fresh seafoods. Alexander the caretaker was very helpful and kind. He can guide you for everything you need to know. Just download whatsapp ☺️

Overall okay

Overall, this was an okay place to stay and the location is very good. Furniture, amenities etc were very basic but practical. One thing worth mentioning is that the wifi is VERY slow, almost to the point of being unusable. Also you are not able to control the thermostat yourself, and instead need to contact them if you want it adjusted, which was a little odd. Very strict house rules for cleaning, trash removal and late checkout. Shower is very small also, but you have the added bonus of a clothes washing machine which was handy. I probably would not stay here again, but overall its about what you should expect for the price.
