"Great staff and well maintained property. Stayed for one night and it was a good location and near Marco Polo Airport. Hotel comes with restaurant and bar, but I would personally pass on the restaurant. Also important to note, the airport shuttle isn’t 24 hours!"

"What a great hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond. From booking a water taxi to Murano, recommending restaurants, and booking a water taxi to the airport, they were absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay here again!"

"After an 8th flight or in our case, an exhausting 8 hrs in a small town waiting for a ride from the cruise port to then the train station and then a 3 hrs train ride - it’s great to find an emasculate hotel, a simple key card system and a big plentiful American style breakfast buffet every morning. The drawback - it’s out there with a 18 euro water bus ride from train station to the hotel, or a 10 euro ride from the hotel to San Marco or pay the 1.50 euro to ride to piazzale roma and then walk 30-40 minutes through town to get to San Marco. And as everything in Venice shuts down by 10 pm that water bus ends at 9 pm. So for the price and standards there’s always some drawback but every evening i appreciated being back at the hotel away from the heat, noise and crowds. But no texting for key locations or codes or watching videos on how to get into your Airbnb! Having spent the first part of the trip in Rome in a typical classic old style Italian apartment - walk up, high ceilings, inner courtyard with laundry hanging) and only steps from the Colosseum, it was peaceful at the Hampton in Venice . The only thing it lacked- a swimming pool would’ve been perfect!"

"This hotel was our first introduction to Italy and it couldn't have been better! From the messages before we arrived, telling us how to get to the hotel, to restaurant suggestions each day, the hotel staff was incredible! Centrally located near the Vaparetto, we could easily get around, even with our luggage. The rooms were clean, quiet and the daily breakfast was just delicious! We absolutely loved staying here!"

"Early check in compared to other hotels (2pm). Room was small but had all we needed. Air-conditioning was very good. Toilet constantly running so needed attention. Easy check-in and check-out. Didn't have breakfast or eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel as there were lots of options nearby. Handy for main Venice sightseeing spots. Gondola service close to hotel and bar nice for unwind at the end of the day. No view of the canals from the hotel. Rooftop terrace but no bar up there so needed to take drinks up with you. Venice is beautiful and we will definitely return."
