"A lovely foyer greeted you on entertaining the hotel. Quick and efficient check-in and English spoken by the staff. Asking for a different pillow and a light was quickly sorted out. Lots of different food and salads available for breakfast. Help given by staff greatly appreciated to sort out a problem. Can't fault them. "

"They provide a chauffeur service from Istanbul Airport in a luxury van for a reasonable rate. The hotel was in a beautiful position, close to the Istanbul Mall and a theme park. Their service and quality were excellent."
"Such an excellent hotel. The staff here are so excellent including the breakfast buffet, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and 6th floor restaurant. They are very hospitable, awesome food for breakfast buffet and a La carte meals. Special shout out to : Murat, mahmutcan, caner, and gokhon. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
