"We had a Club room and access to the Club lounge for our week long stay. Leon was the staff member looking after the Club Lounge for most of our stay. He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! He made us feel at home and that he truly cated about making our stay the best it could be. Leon was hospitality at its finest."

Hotel Unique Dortmund Hauptbahnhof
10/10 Excellent
"Housekeeping deserves praise—they kept the room immaculate without ever being intrusive. The location was perfect, yet I slept soundly thanks to the quiet inside."
"The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and there are excellent dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and professional, and the interiors are modern. Furthermore, the level of cleanliness is notably high."
"Good place to stay although it was a bit seedy outside as it got dark, probably due to the location right by the station, but that was eased by the convenience of the location "
"Room was very comfortable and bed was one of the best we’d slept in. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. Very clean with fab toiletries and little extras. The only thing I’d say is that the bathroom door could be a little more private due to its transparency when the light is on. Could maybe do with a curtain over it like the shower. Not a great problem as we got used to it but if you like your privacy then it’s something I think guests should be aware of.
The location of the hotel was fabulous. Quiet but very central for everything. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Bar area was lovely and kept very neat and clean.
We would certainly stay there again.
