I really cannot thank the lovely lady who gave us early check in enough! We were on a ‘flying’ visit to see the Backstreet Boys and we knew check in was at 3pm. On arrival this particular lady (and I am so sorry i did not take your name!) politely asked about our plans and when she knew we were leaving for a 7am flight the next day she went above and beyond to get us into our room immediately (a little before 12noon). We were super grateful for that afternoon nap… We may have gone to see the boyband we loved in our teen years but we are certainly no longer teenagers and boundless energy has been lost long ago! I can honestly say that we enjoyed that concert because we had a decent rest before…and that is entirely down to the lady we encountered at check in at this hotel! The transport to the arena is direct via the new light railway next to the airport. I would recommend walking to the next stop on from the arena after any event as there are more trams going out to the airport from that next stop (Freiligrathplatz). I would not hesitate to book this hotel again and stay here for any future concerts/events! Even without early check in the hotel is clean and quiet and the staff are friendly in a calm and respectful way.
